Products will be delivered by Ukrposhta (https://ukrposhta.ua/en). Delivery times vary, please allow 15-35 working days. We will not be held accountable for any delays in delivery, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control.
If a parcel is sent by Ukrposhta, we will email you with your tracking number as soon as the parcel is shipped (https://ukrposhta.ua/en).
If any items in your order are out of stock, we will contact you by Skype / WhatsApp /email to ask if you would like a replacement item sent. If you would not like a replacement, you may be issued with a refund in the form of a voucher or you may wait for the item to be restocked. In the event that you decide to wait for the item to be restocked, you will need to pay an additional shipping cost unless you are happy for your whole order to be sent out once the missing item is restocked. If we cannot contact you, your order may be delayed.
Products will only be delivered once full payment has been received.
You need to place your order and your payment must reach us before 2pm Monday – Thursday to start packing your order the next working day.
Orders placed and paid for between Thursday 2pm and Friday 2pm will be sent on Monday.
Orders made after 2pm on Friday will not to start packing until the following Monday as we do not offer work over the weekend.
Postage to different country may vary.
Mistyped postcodes
Should you mistype your postcode and it results in a cheaper shipping price we reserve the right to hold your parcel back and request the outstanding price to be paid – this also applies for next day delivery.
If you realise the error you need to notify us of this and we will issue you the refund of the price difference minus 15% handling charge.
Returns & Refunds
- What if I change my mind about an item?
In accordance with Article 9 of the Law of Ukraine “On Protection of Consumer Rights”, the return or exchange of goods is carried out at the buyer’s expense within 14 days from the date of sale. If the product is available, the consumer’s demand for its replacement is subject to immediate satisfaction, and in case of need for quality control – within fourteen days or by agreement of the parties.
In accordance with Articles 9 of the Law of Ukraine “On Protection consumer rights ” goods of proper quality that are not subject to exchange (return)*:
- Perfume and beauty products
- Tools for manicure, pedicure (scissors, nail files, etc.)
* this list is not exhaustive
These goods are not offered on a “sale or return” basis.
In the event that you change your mind about an item, we may accept a return at our discretion provided the item is unused, in its original unopened packaging, any labels still attached and otherwise in a condition enabling us to sell the product as new.
We reserve the right to apply a 15% handling charge to such transactions.
We will not refund postage fees for items that are returned due to a change of heart.

- What if I receive the wrong item?
If an item(s) is received in error, you may return the product providing that the returned product is unused, in its original unopened packaging, any labels still attached and otherwise in a condition enabling us to sell the product as new.

Please ensure that care is taken when opening a parcel as we will not be responsible for any damage caused during this process.

In the event that an item is faulty, you are entitled to a full refund providing we have been notified of the fault within 24 days of you receiving the item.

Once the fault has been corroborated by our technicians, we will issue you with a full refund, including postage providing the correct return delivery method was used.
- How will I receive my refund?
FONDY – Any refunds that are to be made when you have paid by FONDY are refunded to the bank account that was used to pay only.
- What if an electrical item develops a fault?
If your item is within the 6 month warranty then we will endeavour to repair the item free of charge. If the item cannot be repaired, we will replace it free of charge.
If your item is outside of the 6 month warranty then we will be able to send the item to our Repair Service however there will be a charge for this. Unfortunately, we are not able to state the cost of repair as it depends on the fault however we will notify you of the cost as soon as possible.
Please be aware that repairs may take a number of weeks. Please see our Warranty section below for further information.
- Is there anything else I need to be aware of?
Any goods returned damaged due to poor packaging will not be eligible for a refund.
Sale items cannot be returned or refunded.

Warranty
All of “BM Borisova Mariya” electrical items have a 6 month warranty.
During the Warranty Period
If you have an issue or concern about an electrical item please contact us by email b.m.borysova@gmail.com advising us fully of the problem.
The following procedure is the Warranty offered by “BM Borisova Mariya”:
- If deemed necessary the customer is asked to return the item to Head Office (87526
Borysov Volodymyr, Mezhevaya Street 19-27, Mariupol, Ukraine, +380673587646) using delivery by Universal Postal Union.
- Once the item arrives, a full check of the item is completed as soon as possible.
- Please note that this process can take a number of weeks.
- Once the item is returned to us the item is checked by Head Office and dispatched to the customer.
- Where appropriate postage is refunded as per the Terms and Conditions via a voucher.
If no fault is found by Head Office then the item will be returned once return postage is made by the customer.
If you have an issue with your electrical items that you bought from one of our sub-distributors, in the first instance please contact them.
After the Warranty Period
If service or repair is required after the warranty has elapsed please contact by email b.m.borysova@gmail.com to discuss options and costs.
Claims For Lost / Damaged Items
“BM Borisova Mariya” uses one delivery service Ukrposhta. The service your order is sent out by depends on the content of your order (due to postage restrictions).
Once the parcels are with the delivery companies we are governed by the Terms and Conditions that they levy to all their customers. On rare occasions parcels can get lost or damaged and we are bound to the following procedures to resolve the situation:
Lost/Not Delivered – we need to allow 45 working days to elapse to allow for the parcel to be delivered. Then if the parcel is still not delivered a claim for the parcel is submitted and once compensation is received replacement items are sent out to the buyer.
Due to varying factors we do not send out replacement items until the claims process is complete.
Damaged/Missing Items – When parcels are damaged or arrive with missing items we recommend you refuse the parcel and it will be returned to us. If you do not refuse the parcel you must notify us (with photos of the packaging and contents) by email within 24 hours b.m.borysova@gmail.com and we will if appropriate submit a claim with Ukrposhta as per their process. Once compensation is received replacement items are sent out to the buyer.
Due to varying factors we do not send out replacement items until the claims process is complete.
Please note we will not action any claim via any other form of communication (phone, Facebook, text etc).

- Definitions
Within these terms and conditions – Private Entrepreneur Borysov V.M. being “The Seller” and “The Buyer” being the purchaser of any goods purchased from “The Seller” are set out under these terms and conditions.
- Distributors/Educators
The Terms & Conditions set out below are not intended for Distributors/Educators-If you are an Educator or a Distributor for “BM Borisova Mariya” you will have a signed contract, which has outlined and specified your terms and conditions as set out and agreed to by both us “The Seller” and yourselves.
- Trade Only
When placing an order with “The Seller” you are confirming that you are in a business purchasing goods for the purpose of business use, not personal use. Customers should be qualified to use the products sold on this website, goods are sold on the understanding that they will be used for their intended purpose. No responsibility will be accepted by “The Seller” for any trained or untrained personnel without qualified supervision using or misusing any equipment supplied by “The Seller”. If you are a business customer it is your responsibility to ensure you are insured for the products you are using and we reserve the right to ask for proof of your professional status.
- Online Orders
When placing an order to purchase a product from “The Seller” you will receive an email confirming receipt of your order including the details of the order.
Your order represents an offer to purchase a product which is accepted by us only when we despatch that product to you. Any products on the same order which are not despatched do not form part of that contract.
Please note we require a working contact number, a valid address and a valid email address.
Our main form of communication is via email. “The Seller” accepts no responsibility for your typing errors when inputting your personal data.
- Product Availability
All products are subject to stock availability. If we have insufficient stock to fulfil the order, we will notify you by e-mail at the address given by you in your order form. Stock is allocated on a first come first served basis once your order reaches our main server. “The Seller” does not guarantee the availability of any item based on stock figures shown. “The Seller” would like to advise”The Buyer” that some products may be in different packaging to originally shown, old or new its a matter of stock availability.
- Prices
All prices quoted are shown in EUR and are inclusive of VAT.
We reserve the right to alter prices without notice. E&OE (errors and omissions expected).
Prices and special offers are correct at the time of goods being displayed on the website but are subject to alteration without prior notice. It is possible that some of the products in our catalogue may be mis-priced. If a product’s correct price is lower than the stated price on the website, we will charge the lower amount and send you the product. If a product’s correct price is higher than the price stated on the website, we will, at our own discretion, either contact you for instructions before despatch, or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.

Customer Payment will always be required before any items are despatched to you.

- Product Warranty
Electronics- All electronics come with a 6 months warranty and will be serviced or exchanged on an individual basis. Servicing being our first method. If we are unable to repair then we will exchange. You must ensure the product arrives back to the premises (87526, Mezhevaya Street 19-27, Mariupol, Ukraine) All returned items must be sent back to us using a registered delivery service and the shipping expenses are met by yourselves. You must provide proof of purchase (original invoice/receipt) Please contact us before sending back any machinery. (we can not repair or exchange items if they don’t arrive back to us).
Please note that the warranty on electrical items does not cover any damage caused by liquids or semi-liquids of any description.
- Shortages & Damages
All goods must be inspected on delivery and as stated above, all claims for shortages or damages must be reported to “The Seller” within 24 hours of receiving. Please make sure you immediately report an opened or damaged parcels to the delivery person and request a written report from Postman this is necessary to be able to claim for any lost or damaged item. All our parcel has to be signed.
- Delivery
The seller’s policy is to dispatch goods within 48 hours of receiving a pay for order. This can be subject to stock availability. Times quoted are in good faith but shall not be binding. As stated in shipping and postage “The Seller” can accept no responsibility for transport delays.
- Festive Season Delivery
Due to the increase in courier demand over the festive season, we ask you to be aware that we can not guarantee our delivery within 48 hours of receiving a pay for order. - Cancellations

- Guarantee
All items are guaranteed according to the individual manufacturer´s warranty. Any faulty items which are still under the manufacturer’s warranty must be reported and sent back for inspection, as stated in our returns policy (please make sure you are sending back the products by recorded sign for mail, if the products don’t arrive back we won’t be able to refund). All glass items are specifically excluded from this guarantee. Please be aware, postage will not be refunded for items returned as unsuitable.
- Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions along with all contracts entered into are governed by and are to be construed in accordance with the laws of Ukraine. You agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the Courts of Ukraine in relation to any contract entered into under these terms and conditions.
- Retention of title clause
The risk in all goods passe’s to “The Buyer” upon delivery. The title in the goods remains vested in “The Seller” and shall only be passed from “The Seller” to “The Buyer” upon full payment being made of all sums due, on whatsoever account or grounds, to “The Seller”. “The Buyer” agrees, prior to the payment of the whole price of the goods, That “The Seller” or appointed agents may enter The Buyers premises to collect such goods should “The Seller” request. Prior to such payment, “The Buyer” shall keep the goods separate and identifiable for the purpose and return the goods to “The Seller” should “The Seller” request.
